Given the unfolding situation relating to COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we wanted to provide you with an update about the plans we have in place to ensure that we continue to maintain our high level of service to you.
At MGR we take the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and the broader community seriously.
It is our responsibility to keep our staff safe and healthy and in doing that it will enable us to best support you our valued client.
With the outbreak of COVID-19, we have implemented safeguards that meet the Australian Government COVID-19 guidelines and have taken additional steps to minimise the risk of infection and the impact this may have.
We are reviewing these daily and updating our practices as required.
Our technology supports our staff to be able to work wherever they need to be based, and our established ways of working and technology already enable our staff to service clients in a range of ways while maintaining the quality of service we’re proud to provide to you. We can access emails and files on the network from remote locations as required. Regardless of location our staff will still be able to provide our normal range of services to you.
You can be assured we are well resourced and prepared to continue to support you during this period of uncertainty and we will be available to you as always and our level of service and quality of support will remain unchanged.
We ask that you not visit our office unless it is absolutely unavoidable. However, if you are unwell and are displaying symptoms such as fever, coughing, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath, or have recently travelled overseas please do not come. Rather than face to face contact we are happy to provide telephone, skype or facetime meetings with you.
Rest assured, we’ll be with you when you need us and as always, we’re well-resourced to help you navigate these very challenging times.
Apart from the above changes it will be business as usual.
If you have any specific concerns or needs, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We would like to thank you for your support and understanding and we will continue to keep you updated regarding any further developments.
